How to Start Your Novel/Short Story

Writing is something I have always been passionate about and have wanted to do for as long as I can remember. If writing is something you're also passionate about but haven't known where to start, I have compiled a few tips I wish I had known years ago. I did/do have a bit of an obsession for True Cr...

Unforgettable Titles

The definition of unforgettable is going to mean different things from person to person. We all have our own likes, dislikes, things we can't stand, things we crave and things that make us smile. For me, the following list are *some* of the titles that I truly have not been able to forget for one reason or another. A few of the titles I have read just once but they have stayed with me to this day. Other titles are ones I can read again and again, as if visiting a favorite place or friend. A couple are beloved childhood books I am looking forward to sharing with my future children. What are some of your titles that keep pulling you back to them over and over again? Have any changed your viewpoint on a subject or person? Have there been any you immediately went out and bought copies for your friends to read? I would love to know which ones have had an impact on you! 1) Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl  | Harriet Jacobs (a review for this is coming soon!) 2) Persuasion  ...
